學生證事宜¯
敬啟者：本校學生證採用較耐用的膠質(PVC)製成，學生證會顯示學生資料，如姓名、班別、學號、相片、學生編號及條碼等資料，有效期為一年，費用九元正，遺失補領費用則為十元正。
請於二零一五年九月十四日（星期一）將填妥之回條及費用逕交班主任，以便統籌辦理。

Dear Parents
Our student cards are made of PVC plastic for its durability. Student’s data such as name, class, class number, student number, photo and a bar code will be printed on it. It is valid for one year only. It costs $9 for the first card and $10 for replacement.
Please kindly return the signed reply slip on 14th September 2015 (Monday) and make payment to the class teacher. Please feel free to contact Mr Wong Chi Wai on 2443 9833 if you have any questions. |
