- Provide check-in and check-out services for guests
- Handle incoming calls and manage tenant general enquiries
- Make appropriate rooms assignment for arriving guests
- Maintain daily room availability control
- Ensure all Hotel standards and service standards are delivered to guests
Requirements:
- F.5 certificate or above.
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Preferably with working 1 year or above experience in Hotel industry.
